Bachkhoa Publishing house – Hanoi (BPH) was established according to the Decision No. 30/2005/QĐ-BVHTT of ministry of culture and information on August 19th 2005 and No. 621/QĐ-BGD&ĐT of ministry of education and training on October 6th 2005.
